Our commitment to championing the rights and uplifting the voices of women from all walks of life remains steadfast. In the face of adversity, we continue to stand as a beacon of hope, advocating for equality, justice, and opportunity for every woman and girl.
In reflecting on our collective achievements, it is clear that progress has been made, but there is still much work to be done. From breaking down barriers to education and economic independence to challenging societal norms and stereotypes, our mission is more critical now than ever before.
Together, we have witnessed the transformative power of community, solidarity, and compassion. It is through our unwavering dedication and support that we have been able to empower countless women to pursue their dreams, overcome obstacles, and thrive.

Mahbuba Sadeqi
CEO and Board Member of WHO
Mahbuba Sadeqi is a seasoned Development Professional and Education Specialist from Afghanistan with a BA in Educational Planning and Policy from Kabul University. With over seven years of experience, she currently works as a Program Officer at UNICEF Afghanistan, where she coordinates educational programs, manages cash transfers, and ensures data protection.
Her previous roles include serving as an Education Technical Extender with the Provincial Education Department in Daykundi and working on capacity-building projects for the Afghanistan National Police. Sadeqi has a proven track record in project implementation, monitoring, and financial management, significantly contributing to educational and social development in Afghanistan. She has been recognized for her dedication and outstanding performance in improving community health, education, and women’s rights.

Pinky NG
Board Member of WHO
Ng Ka Yan Pinky is a dedicated professional based in Hong Kong with extensive experience in supervisory roles and event management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in China Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University.
Pinky has worked as a Travel Consultant, Hostel Supervisor, and currently serves as a Supervisor at the Tai Po Arts Centre with Spotlight Enterprises Ltd. She excels in managing operations and collaborating on arts development.
Her notable achievements include an Arts & Cultural expedition across ‘One Belt, One Road’ countries and a travel photography exhibition in Hong Kong. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, Pinky also holds certifications in First Aid and as a Pleasure Vessel Operator.
Known for her dedication and cultural appreciation, Pinky is a valuable asset in her field.

Sharifa Mosavi
Board Member of WHO
Sharifa Musavi, is a dedicated professional with a robust background in educational management and logistics services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Management from Kabul University, achieved in 2017. Sharifa’s career includes significant experience at SML (Secure Movement Logistics Services)
Her educational journey is complemented by various training programs, including women’s rights and law from The Asia Foundation, women leadership development from USAID, and several courses in proposal writing, public speaking, and life coaching from M-L-E-O. These programs have enhanced her skills and deepened her commitment to gender equality and leadership.

Rahmatullah Andishmand
Board Member of WHO
Rahmatullah Andishmand is a notable figure associated with the Women Hope Organization, where he has been instrumental in driving their mission. He holds a MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Information and Communication Technology, showcasing a robust academic background. His professional roles include IT Engineer and University Lecturer, with expertise in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Data Management. Andishmand’s dynamic leadership and technical acumen significantly contribute to the organization’s efforts in education and humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan

Habibullah Nazari
Board Member of WHO
Habibullah Nazari is a highly motivated and hardworking software developer and automation consultant with a passion for learning new technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Networks from the University of Yazd, where he focused his thesis on improving multimedia transmission traffic over Software Defined Networks. With extensive experience in both freelance projects and academic roles, Nazari has developed a strong skill set in software development, website design, and IT solutions. Currently, he serves as the Dean of the Computer Science Faculty at Isteqlal University, where he is responsible for faculty selection, policy setting, budget management, and student engagement. His previous roles include lecturing at several universities and serving as an HR officer at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in Afghanistan. Nazari is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continually enhancing his expertise through online classes and hands-on projects.

Sayed Jawad Hossiani

I am a dedicated professional with a passion for working with Data. With a background in Data analysis, Visualization, Data Wrangling and so on, I have consistently demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Throughout my career, I have contributed significantly to Analyzing and visualization of Data. My ability working and manipulating the data has made a positive impact on WHO. Colleagues appreciate my collaborative approach, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Outside of work, I enjoys playing soccer and watching action movies. I believe in lifelong learning and continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise.
As I embark on new endeavors I will remains committed to making a difference and leaving a lasting legacy in my field.

Songa Mutimanwa Sonike
Board Member of WHO
Songa Mutimanwa Sonike, is a seasoned professional with a robust background in logistics, business management, and social development. He completed his primary and secondary education at Kashenyi Elementary School and Kashenyi Institute, respectively, and later obtained a certificate in logistics and business management from the School of Higher Training and Social Development. Songa has held significant roles in various organizations, including ADEPROFEPY-DRC, PIDP-KIVU, TCRM-DRC, and the New Congolese Civil Society. Most recently, he served as the focal point for Save The Orphans-DRC. His additional training includes HIV/AIDS awareness, indigenous peoples’ rights, and orphan protection. Fluent in French, English, and Swahili, Songa is committed to community welfare and social development, continually striving to enhance the lives of those around him. Residing in Kamanyola Ruzizi Plaine, he remains an influential figure in his community.
