Rahmatullah Andishmand
Managing Director ( joined WHO at 10/01/2024)
Rahmatullah Andishmand is a notable figure associated with the Women Hope Organization, where he has been instrumental in driving their mission. He holds a MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Information and Communication Technology, showcasing a robust academic background. His professional roles include IT Engineer and University Lecturer, with expertise in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Data Management. Andishmand’s dynamic leadership and technical acumen significantly contribute to the organization’s efforts in education and humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan.
Najiba Ameni
Deputy Director (Joined WHO at 01/02/2024)
Najiba Amini is a dedicated development professional and gender specialist with a BA in Law from Gawharshad University, Kabul. With nine years of experience in gender issues, project implementation, monitoring, and financial management, she has successfully coordinated and achieved numerous project goals. Najiba has worked with various international organizations, providing training, mentoring, and advocacy to support gender equality and women’s rights. She seeks a challenging position to leverage her expertise and contribute to organizational success.
Jawad Royesh
IT and Data Manager (Joined WHO ate 09/02/2024)
Jawad Royesh is a skilled software engineer with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Yazd University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kabul University. With extensive experience in web development, database management, and graphic design, he brings a strong technical skill set and a passion for continuous learning. Jawad is proficient in multiple programming languages, web development frameworks, and design tools, making him a versatile asset for any tech team.

Atefa Afshar

Atefa Afshar is a Development Professional and Education Specialist with a BA in Midwifery, boasting 7 years of experience in Monitoring, Social Organization, and Education Consultancy. Her career highlights include roles such as Field Monitor with Assess Transform Reach (ATR), Social Organizer with Women Message Social & Services Organization (MSSO), and Education Consultant with Baran Noor Institute (BNI). Atefa’s passion for community development and her diverse skill set make her a valuable asset to any organization.
Masod Ali Poor
Program Officer (Joined WHO at 14/02/2024)
ALipour is a dedicated civil engineer and educator with a rich background in mining and civil engineering. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Yazd University, Iran, Masoud has over three years of experience in quality assurance and team management. His career spans various roles, including teaching Mathematics and Physics in Kabul, heading the Civil Department at Isteqlal Institute, and managing the Public Library in Ghazni. Known for his commitment to education and community service, Masoud continues to leverage his extensive expertise to contribute significantly to the fields of engineering and education in Afghanistan.
